Terms & Conditions of Boutique Baby Sale Table bookings 


The fee for stand hire includes:

Indoor venue

Extensive advertising campaign

A table plus space to display any large items or clothes rail.


Each stand can be manned by up to 2 people. Sellers can arrive 1 hour before opening time and the stand must be fully set up by the opening time.

At the end of the sale it is the stand holder’s responsibility to take any unsold items and rubbish with you and leave your stand area the way you found it. This must be cleared within 30 minutes of the sale ending.


Items for sale

Boutique Baby Sale is for top quality pre-loved items in good condition. You are welcome to sell any new items that you have bought or been given as gifts but have not been used. All items must be related to maternity, baby and children. All items, equipment and toys must be fully functional, in working order and comply with British Safety Standards. 

All clothes must be washed and ironed. All prams and pushchairs, whether new or pre-loved, must conform to British Standard 7409 (or an equivalent European standard). Any items that do not meet the requirement will be asked to be removed from the stand.           


Items that cannot be sold

Items that are not fully functional, or in a poor condition. Items that have been excessively used. Damaged, broken or dirty toys, equipment or items. Well-worn clothes. Dirty or torn clothes. Please think about whether you would buy the item. If the answer is no, then please do not sell it!


Stand Presentation

All items must be well displayed, tidy and organised and items labelled (eg with age range, price, gender where applicable).


Safety and Security

Sellers are responsible for the safety within their stand area and must set up all items safely. Whilst every care will be taken, sellers are responsible for their own stand security for the duration of the event. Boutique Baby Sale can accept no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to personal or stand items.

It is the stall holders responsiblity to ensure that their activities (actions or omissions) do not endanger the safety or security of any persons at the market. Boutique Baby Sale and the event organiser accept no liability for the actions or omissions of stall holders.



In the event that Boutique Baby Sale need to postpone or cancel an event, your booking will be transferred to the new date/time. Alternatively you can transfer you booking to any other of our events.

In the event that a seller is unable to attend the sale and informs us at least 7 days prior to sale, we will transfer your booking to another Boutique Baby Sale.

The stand holder fee is not refundable. By making the payment you agree to the terms and conditions.


Terms and conditions of business stand bookings

Business and craft stalls are limited. Please contact us prior to booking any craft or business stall to ensure we have availability.

In addition to the above terms and conditions business stands must also comply with the below.

All business stands must trade legally and conform to all laws related to running a business. All items for sale must comply with current safety legislation.

Food stands must comply with food hygiene requirements and hold the relevant certificates required to sell food.
